Unlike some other multiple pharmacy groups we allow each branch to be individual and tailor their service to local requirements as one size does not fit all. Each branch is led by a Pharmacy Manager/Superintendent who has a fully autonomous role and can make real managerial decisions without referring to head office all of the time. However, support from our very experienced head office team is always available when needed.

Community Pharmacies (UK) Ltd position within health centres enables the pharmacy team to fully integrate with other members of the primary care team and influence healthcare decisions and priorities. The pharmacy team attend practice meetings and use their pharmaceutical skills to help develop clinics and services that will really benefit their patients.

During 2011/12 we are going through a rapid expansion plan of opening brand new pharmacies across the breadth of Britain and are looking for Pharmacists, Technicians, Dispensers, Counter Assistants and Delivery Drivers who are passionate about pharmacy and improving pharmacy healthcare services in their local area.
