•To work in conjunction with the management team to deliver a safe, secure, profitable pharmacy and retail health care business.
•To lead, motivate & develop the pharmacy team in delivering high operational standards and exceptional customer service.
•To be accountable for the delivery of the defined professional and ethical pharmacy standards.
Job description
What we look for in our Pharmacy Managers goes beyond just great management skills. We’re after people who can bring real leadership to their pharmacy, inspiring every person who works there to deliver a five star service. As a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager you will have day to day responsibility for staff, cash, stock, operational and GPHC standards. You would receive direct line management support form your Superdrug Pharmacy Regional Manager.
If you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you could become a vital member of both the store team and the local community and could help to maintain excellent customer loyalty.
