You'll need to ensure that customers enjoy a great service and the department is always fully stocked and well presented. So, as well as being a great people manager, you'll also need a keen eye for standards and procedures.

An experienced, fully qualified Pharmacist yourself, you'll have a proven record of team leadership along with a good understanding of what makes a successful pharmacy tick. It's a big responsibility, but there's plenty of satisfaction to be had too.
