As a Pharmacy Manager with Dudley Taylor Pharmacies, we believe your priority should be to provide the best possible Pharmaceutical Care for all of your patients.  Whilst we believe commercial considerations are an important part of your role, we feel strongly that patient care should always come first.

An important part of the role is to develop and lead your team, with full support from the head office team available if needed.  As a Pharmacy Manager, we would expect you to develop relationships with other Healthcare providers in your locality, whilst managing your pharmacy to ensure it follows our Standard Operating Procedures.  This will allow you to offer excellent patient care, a first class dispensing service and offer all the locally and nationally commissioned advanced and enhanced services.

Henley Pharmacy dispenses 10,000 items per month, so delivery of services is a critical part of the Pharmacy.  We also own numerous other Pharmacies in the area, so the local support network is excellent.

The vacancy in Henley is to manage our established pharmacy that is an integral part of the local community.  There is a strong team, all of whom have formal training qualifications, or are working towards one.  The position is full time, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  The Pharmacy is also open Saturday (9am - 1pm) and you would be expected to do at least one in four, but could do them all if you wanted.  The opening hours are:

·       Monday to Friday:                 8.45am - 6.00pm

·        Saturday:                              9.00am - 1.00pm

We are a family owned group with over 60 pharmacies throughout England and Wales, with over 500 staff.  We were formed in 1947, and are based in Warwick offering all of our Pharmacy teams full support to ensure they are an established part of their local communities.

Our patients are our priority, and we are looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about Healthcare and is looking for an exciting opportunity to help manage one of our pharmacies.

For the successful applicant, we offer:

·        Competitive salary

·        5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata if not full time)

·        Workplace pension scheme

·        Staff discount

·        GPhC fees paid

·        Training support
