An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Quality department for a Quality Systems Manager. The role is based at our Head Office in Harlow and is a fundamental part of our Quality and Compliance department. In this role you will be responsible for:

• To support the Quality & Compliance manager
• To oversee the quality management system
• To manage staff within the Quality & Governance team.
• To create and lead the implementation of the company internal audit schedule, identifying preventive action to continuously improve services across the company in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory and contractual requirements and external business standard such as ISO 9001 (quality management), GDP (Good distribution practice)
• Lead on the preparation, implementation and completion of the companies external audit programme
• Act as a Deputy Responsible Person for the Wholesale Distribution Authorisation

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in writing briefings, proposals, reports and business correspondence
• Ability to deal with contentious and sensitive issues diplomatically
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively and professionally with colleagues at all levels and external agencies
• Strong educational background demonstrating excellent analytical and communication skills
• The ability to analyse complex arguments
• Confident in making oral presentation

Qualifications, Training & Experience:

• Experience of the principles of ISO standards
• ISO 9001 qualification
• Experience of quality management systems
• Proven ability to develop policies and procedure appropriate  to the organisation
• Proven people management capability and experience
• Experience of a regulatory environment
• Experience of the NHS toolkit
