Contractor Support Lead

Community Pharmacy West Yorkshire (CPWY) is delighted to announce a new opportunity to join our team and be the Contractor Support Lead for CPWY.

The Contractor Support Lead will effectively engage with the community pharmacy network, supporting and developing community pharmacy contractors and their teams across West Yorkshire to maximise the benefit for patients and the business sustainability for contractors.

The Contractor Support Lead will lead and support the integration of community pharmacy within the West Yorkshire Primary Care Networks (PCN) to ensure that community pharmacy is an integral part of each Primary Care Network.  Developing and providing leadership to the community pharmacy PCN reps, the Contractor Support Lead will ensure each network has a clear, vibrant and informed voice to raise the profile of, and champion community pharmacy.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate a real “can do” attitude and the desire and ability to work closely with your colleagues to ensure CPWY can successfully support pharmacy contractors. You will be self-motivated, flexible and adaptable, have excellent organisational skills, the ability to communicate both written and verbally to wide ranging audiences and a proven track record of turning plans into viable outcomes and effective delivery.

This is a full-time employed position offering an attractive salary package that includes 5 weeks holiday per year, pension and travel expenses.
