Joseph Cowper Ltd has been an independent pharmacy since 1899. We have a lovely traditional pharmacy but still offer modern healthcare. Our focus is on customer service and this results in loyal customers. We opened a mobility shop several years ago and this is very successful. We are partners in a consortium pharmacy in the local health centre. Our retail offering is mainly fine fragrance, skincare and cosmetics plus some gift items and a range of binoculars including Zeiss. Penrith is known as the gateway to the Lake District. It is a friendly town and continues to develop giving us good cause to envisage a bright future for the company.
