Dispensing Assistant

We are seeking a concencious, proactive and highly motivated person.

As a Qualified Dispensing Assistant, you will work as a member of the wider pharmacy team. You must be people orientated, organised and innovative with a passion for providing excellent customer care.

Your main responsibilities will be ensuring the efficient running of the dispensary. This will involve dispensing medication effectively and safely, efficient stock management, effective communication with team members, patients, customers, GPs and surgery staff. You will provide expert healthcare advice and services, ensuring delivery of high quality services. You will assist with sales and general duties including product displays and cash transactions. 

You will work with the dispensary team to ensure effective management of the prescription service and be the first point of contact for the management of prescriptions.
