Qualified ACT or Dispensing Assistant Required

Busy independent community Pharmacy requires a qualified dispensing assistant or ACT to compliment the existing team.

Applicants for the dispensing assistant position will be involved in dispensing, stock management, administrative and record keeping duties as part of their role. Applicants will need to ensure they work efficiently and manage their time accordingly, especially in these financially difficult times.

Applicants for the ACT position will need to be able to assist the pharmacist in the final accuracy check. Working according to the SOPs applicants will need to be assist with speed, efficiency and in a safe manner.ACT applicants will also be required to assist in the dispensing process and with pharmaceutical service provisions if necessary.

Applicants will be working with a very friendly team of pharmacists, dispensers and counter staff to ensure we provide the best possible customer service possible.
