Pharmacist Manager / Pharmacist / Locum - Kings Lynn, Norfolk (Halls The Chemist)

• Halls The Chemist is a family run pharmacy group established in 1966 (when England won the football World Cup!). All six pharmacies are in the heart of their community and our two company directors are both experienced, practicing Pharmacists.

• We are recruiting for a Pharmacist for our store in the Kings Lynn area in beautiful West Norfolk, less than 30 minutes from the beach! We have an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager to join a progressive independent group and allow you to utilise your skills and abilities for the benefit of your community. Adaptability, flexibility and a positive “can do” attitude a distinct advantage. This branch is a registered Healthy Living Pharmacy and has always achieved maximum points in the NHS Quality Payments Scheme.

• The candidate must be naturally confident, driven, motivated and have strong leadership, organisational and IT skills, be proactive in delivering services with ensuring unrivalled customer service at the core of the business as well as achieving results and comfortably managing and inspiring a team of experienced and trained colleagues (including a pre-registration pharmacy graduate). In addition you should have the passion, drive, experience and vision in developing the business by maximising the current portfolio of services and identifying new opportunities. You will be expected to maintain and develop excellent and long lasting relationships with local GPs and other healthcare professionals.

• You will have strong commercial awareness along with strong business development skills enabling you to develop and build the business, by providing all essential, enhanced and advanced services. Maintaining our high professional standards, by ensuring the pharmacy operates in line with our SOPs and also Professional and Regulatory standards.

  Applicants must be:

• A GPhC registered Pharmacist for at least 3 years as of October 2018.
• MUR accredited, familiar with NMS and hold a valid NHS Smart Card.
• Committed to revalidation and continual personal and professional development (CPD), including training for services such as supervised consumption, flu vaccination and travel clinic.
• In summary, we are looking for Pharmacists who share our passion for healthcare.

Competitive salary £45,000 to £55,000+ depending on experience and performance.
