Sharmans Pharmacy has been serving the local community in Northwood since 1899. Come and train at our highly-regarded pharmacy and you will be in very experienced hands. We have a team of clinically focused pharmacists, some of whom are prescribers that are ready to take you on your journey from being a student to becoming a great pharmacist.

As well as our excellent on-site training, we are partnered with Pro-Pharmace to provide an industry leading offsite training programme to support your learning.

Our training programme

Dispensary

Our dispensary is one of the busiest in the area and you will be exposed to wide range of medicines. You will also be experiencing the cutting edge of technology with our recently introduced automation.

Clinical Services

We provide a wide range of clinical services her including MURs, NMS, Flu Jabs, NHS Health Checks and Smoking Cessation.

Hospital placement

We have excellent links with local hospitals including Watford General, Northwick Park and Mount Vernon. You will spend between 2 and 4 weeks on a placement at one of these hospitals

GP Surgeries

We work very closely with local GP surgeries and you will be able to spend some time at a local practice.
