Following significant growth over the last 8 months the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) is now looking to recruit a Pro Delivery Manager – Implementation Executive to join us to support our members and customers with the implementation of Pro Delivery Manager (PDM); maximising the conversion of member and non-member trials into fee paying subscriptions through on-going support during the on boarding process.

PDM is an app and cloud based software solution which enables community pharmacies to operate a prescription delivery service to help patients get the care and medication they need in an efficient way and support patient safety and GDPR compliance.

Supporting the delivery of the commercial revenue and profitability targets for Pro Delivery Manager, you must actively contact and support all UK based registrations for the free trial of the app and promote the move to an active trial; agreeing with members / non-members and NPA Account Managers tailored support to ensure registration moves from trial to then fee paying.

You will be assisting companies to be in a position to use PDM which may include helping with formatting of data, agreeing a plan for pilot, trial and roll-out via either face to face or telephone support. As such this role will be incredible varied and involve a mix of visits to sites across the UK and home working.

A qualified pharmacy technician with strong interpersonal and influencing skills via the telephone and face to face, candidates should have excellent MS Excel skills and be self-starters focused on results. We are ideally looking for member focused, commercially driven team players who have excellent presentation skills. Knowledge of the Pharmacy market place is an advantage but not essential.

The NPA is the trade association for pharmacy professionals in the UK.

Our aim is to support independent community pharmacies to succeed professionally and commercially for the benefit of their patients. As a not-for-profit organisation we are committed to reinvesting in service provision. We enable this through investment in our people to provide high quality services and products together with effective leadership and representation

Company

As a UK-wide trade association for community pharmacy, our mission is focused on ensuring our members, pharmacy owners, prosper commercially and professionally through their integrated role in preventative healthcare and the treatment of illness.

The NPA philosophy:

To represent - The NPA represents community pharmacy in order to expand the overall market opportunity for community pharmacy. This is achieved through the development of policy in conjunction with its members, the delivery of underpinning evidence in support of that policy and the powerful communication of that policy and members' interests to the EU, UK Government, other healthcare professionals and the general public.

To support - The NPA supports members in their businesses through the provision of high quality, cost effective and relevant support services that either increase revenue opportunities or reduce costs for members in order that their businesses are able to maximise profitability.

To protect - The NPA protects the interests of its members through the provision of high quality, cost effective professional indemnity insurances, other insurances and legal advice to protect members professionally and commercially from adverse events.
