Pre-Registration Pharmacist - TIER 2 VISA ACCEPTED

We are now able to also accept TIER 2 VISA applicants for a start-date ASAP, with a view to sit the September 2019 registration exam, as well as recruiting for a summer 2019 start. We are Certified Class A Tier 2 Visa Sponsors.

We’re looking for dynamic MPharm graduates who have a particular interest in community pharmacy management for pre-registration placements within our company – at Jardines we pride ourselves on service levels to customers, and are looking for candidates who are passionate and committed to delivering positive health outcomes in the community, while also having a strong interest in the business element of community pharmacy; entrepreneurial skills, commercial awareness & a sound business mind are key attributes of all our trainees.

We use the NPA as our training provider, and this year there has been an average of one tutor to every 5 trainees. Furthermore, we have our own in-house training sessions to educate our trainees from both a clinical and commercial prospective, with a view for full-time employment at the end of their training year, including a dedicated training day on the Drug Tariff & Prescription Endorsement – something which is not part of the Undergraduate syllabus any more. Also, we provide opportunities for working in different settings within the pre-registration year, to allow our trainees to experience the flexibility of the pharmacist’s role in primary healthcare, including (but not limited to): working with substance misuse, working in our distance-selling pharmacy, and shadowing an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist in a GP surgery.
