Opportunity:

Celesio UK, a pioneering provider of integrated healthcare services, have an exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Support Assistant to join their growing Speciality division.

Role:

Based at our Support Centre in Walsgrave Triangle, Coventry, the Mobilisation Support Assistant will act as the key point of contact for all LloydsPharmacy business to business (B2B) contract mobilisations. This role will focus on delivering gold standard contract set ups to ensure operational excellence throughout the full life of contracts.

The successful candidate will be expected to review invoicing requirements versus contract and service proposition, acting as the key point of contact for all Lloydspharmacy B2B mobilisation queries. He/she will have responsibility for pricing and coding product catalogues for contract tenders, branch process compliance support/monitoring and Investigation of branch compliance issues such as: unrecognised institutions, dispensing discrepancies & temporary products. Other duties will involve areas such as, SurveyMonkey creation & reporting and network process flow production for Lloydspharmacy B2B contracts.

The ideal applicant will be a qualified dispenser / technician with strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you possess a strong understanding of pharmacy dispensing processes and confident in your IT ability. Good stakeholder management skills coupled with strong attention to detail is to be expected.
