As a Pharmacy Manager with Dudley Taylor Pharmacies, we believe your priority should be to provide the best possible Pharmaceutical Care for all of your patients.  Whilst we believe commercial considerations are an important part of your role, we feel strongly that patient care should always come first.

An important part of the role is to develop and lead your team, with full support from the Head Office team available if needed.  As a Pharmacy Manager, we would expect you to develop relationships with other Healthcare providers in your locality, whilst managing your pharmacy to ensure it follows our Standard Operating Procedures.  This will allow you to offer excellent patient care, a first class dispensing service and offer all the locally and nationally commissioned advanced and enhanced services.

Priorslee Pharmacy dispenses less than 5,000 items per month, so delivery of services is a critical part of the Pharmacy.  Due to the item numbers, it would also suit a newly qualified Pharmacist.

The vacancy in Priorslee, Telford is to manage our established pharmacy that is an integral part of the local community, in this up and coming area.  There is a strong team, all of whom have formal training qualifications, or are working towards one.  The positon is full time, working 45 hours per week.  We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager appointment to work  at least 5 days per week, and can also include some or all Saturday mornings.  The exact hours are negotiable, but will be based on following opening hours:

·       Monday to Friday:                 9.00am till 6.00pm

·       Saturday                                9.00am till 1.00pm

We are a family owned group with over 60 pharmacies throughout England and Wales, with over 500 staff.  We were formed in 1947, and are based in Warwick offering all of our pharmacy teams full support to ensure they are an established part of their local communities.

Our patients are our priority, and we are looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about Healthcare and is looking for an exciting opportunity to help manage one of our pharmacies.

For the successful applicant, we offer:

·        Competitive salary

·        5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata if not full time)

·        Workplace pension scheme

·        Staff discount

·        GPhC fees paid

·        Training support
