It will be expected that you will work towards a distance learning Postgraduate Diploma in General Clinical Pharmacy.

You will provide specialist clinical pharmacy services in a specific area which include acute adult mental health services, older adult mental health services, secure mental health services, learning disability, CAMHS and a mother and baby unit across the Trust. You will support the medicines-related care of patients, support the provision and development of medicines management services and to participate in training, education and research as required.
You should be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a larger team, and will be supported by the wider Trust pharmacy team. You will work 37.5 hours per week including participation in on-call, weekend, early, late and Bank Holiday rotas, as necessary.
You should be able to demonstrate evidence of postgraduate training and continuing professional development in clinical pharmacy practice.
