Community Pharmacy Cheshire and Wirral is the Local Pharmaceutical Committee representing 300+ pharmacy contractors across Cheshire, Warrington and Wirral. We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to further develop and lead contractors, employees and the committee into the emerging NHS and services landscape.

Working with stakeholders, this full-time role will lead a high-performing team to raise the profile of community pharmacy across the area as well as seeking to influence regional and national policy. Reporting to the committee, the CEO will ensure that contractors in CPCW are able to offer a full range of remunerated services to benefit patients as well as ensuring that contractors can maximise NHS income.

Role summary

• Based from home with extensive travel across the CPCW footprint. Some regional and national travel will be required.
• Competitive salary (between £55-£65k dependent upon experience) + substantial bonus + auto-enrolled pension.
• 5 weeks annual leave (+ public holidays) rising with length of service.
