This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager to join a dynamic independent pharmacy chain.

The role is based at one of our Health Centre Pharmacies in Evesham, WR11.

We are looking for someone to bring ideas, ambition, leadership and energy to this busy clinical environment.

Our store managers are given the autonomy they want to improve patient outcomes on the ground along with the Head office support and resources they need, when they need it. That means if you have a great idea you can go for it knowing you will be supported all the way.

The Role and Responsibilities:

The pharmacy is based within a busy Health Centre and has a close working relationship with the Doctors and other health care professionals next door. Duties will include; training and supporting staff, maintaining targets and offering excellent customer service and advice to patients.

A range of services are offered within the pharmacy including: MUR, NMS, EHC, Flu Vaccinations and many more. We are also a Healthy Living Pharmacy which promotes and runs local Health Campaigns to provide beneficial advice to our patients within the community. 

The role of the Pharmacy Manager is to support these services, aiming to improve patient outcomes within the area.

Required Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:30-18:00 plus alternate Saturdays 09:00-12:00.
