Company

Lincolnshire Co-operative Pharmacy is part of the highly successful Lincolnshire Co-operative Society.  Every penny of profit is returned to the members and their local communities. As a co-operative, we're committed to the ethical principles which are important to our members such as Fairtrade, sourcing products from our trading area and supporting the local community.

We have 48 pharmacies mainly in Lincolnshire, but stretching from North Yorkshire to Norfolk and we continue to grow.  Our pharmacies are so much more than simply a place to pick up your prescription and all our outlets have consultation rooms, and a full complement of trained support staff.

Staff training is essential for our success and we have a dedicated pharmacy training team to encourage development from Medicines Counter Assistant to Accredited Checking Technician, from Pre-Registration student to Pharmacist.

We pride ourselves on having a Pharmacy Head Office team made up entirely of practicing Pharmacists who are local to their branches and provide day to day professional support.

We would like to hear from Pharmacists keen to embrace the new community pharmacy model based on providing advanced and enhanced services, and encouraging the development of the Healthy Living Pharmacy ideal within the communities we serve.
