Kamsons Pharmacy is a family-owned chain of over 60 pharmacies with a reputation for delivering a range of services. In each pharmacy you will have support from capable, experienced and good levels of support staff. We give our pharmacist managers as much autonomy as possible with support from senior pharmacists within the group.

We are looking for a part-time second pharmacist at our newly refitted pharmacy in the centre of Chichester.

This is an ideal opportunity to work with an able pharmacy team with the support of an experienced pharmacist manager.

Our pharmacies concentrate on providing NHS services and have a bright, clean, clear and modern look to give you with the professional premises to provide the high level of service that we are proud to deliver. Kamsons Pharmacy in Chichester has been established for many years and recently moved into new premises with the clinical and spacious feel that we aim for in each Kamsons Pharmacy. The pharmacy provides a full range of NHS services in considerable numbers including vaccinations, MURs, NMS, substance misuse, sexual health, smoking cessation and health checks and a considerable amount of private vaccinations. The pharmacist manager is an experienced independent prescriber and as well as writing private prescriptions, is commissioned to prescribe to substance misusers within the pharmacy. This is an innovative and exciting pharmacy to work in and has been recognised by the GPhC as a good pharmacy.

There is plentiful all-day car parking a few minutes walk from the pharmacy. The railway station is a ten-minute walk away and Chichester is less than a hour by train from Brighton, Portsmouth, Crawley, Worthing and Southampton.

Chichester is a beautiful county town and is famous for being a Cathedral City. The Cathedral is only a few minutes walk from the pharmacy which is situated in the thriving city centre. Nearby are the Chichester Festival Theatre which shows a vast selection of plays and musicals before they transfer to the West End.  Goodwood, with its famous Glorious Goodwood horse racing and the Goodwood Festival of Speed is nearby as well as the beach at West Wittering.

You would be expected to work

Monday - 10am-3pm
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - 10am-3pm
Thursday - 9am-3pm
Friday - 10am-3pm  

with the possibility of occasional Saturdays, to be discussed at interview.

Salary is by negotiation.
