About the opportunity

In addition to our 1,500 LloydsPharmacy community stores, we also operate over 100 business to business speciality pharmacy contracts including outpatient dispensing within Mental Health Hospital Pharmacies, Community Trust Pharmacies and Prison Pharmacies. As a Pharmacist working in an outpatient dispensing unit, you will enjoy a uniquely rewarding career, making a difference to the care and wellbeing of patients from all different walks of life across different businesses and services.

You will receive a personalised 12-week company induction training with a mentor and one-to-one support throughout your career, including clinical and operational development. Our unique training programme has excellent opportunities for you to venture into a broad range of specialties under the mentorship of a practice tutor and our qualified pharmacy unit. We offer a vast range of opportunities for professional clinical development, including specialist subjects, such as Oncology and Renal medicine. You’ll also have the chance to work with lead pharmacists, chief pharmacists, consultants and registrars.

Additionally, we offer numerous career progression opportunities. There may be the potential to become a Pharmacy Manager or take up a role within Clinical Standards, Superintendent’s or as a Multi-Site Pharmacy Manager. In the future, you could even become a Healthcare Operations Manager. As you would expect, we offer a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits.

About you
