Community Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager with Dudley Taylor Pharmacies, we believe your priority should be to provide the best possible Pharmaceutical Care for all of your patients.  Whilst we believe commercial considerations are an important part of your role, we feel strongly that patient care should always come first.

An important part of the role is to develop and lead your team, with full support from the head office team available if needed.  As a Pharmacy Manager, we would expect you to develop relationships with other Healthcare providers in your locality, whilst managing your pharmacy to ensure it follows our Standard Operating Procedures.  This will allow you to offer excellent patient care, a first class dispensing service and offer all the locally and nationally commissioned advanced and enhanced services.

The vacancy in Oldland Common is to manage our established pharmacy that is an integral part of the local community, in this up and coming area.  There is a strong team, the majority of whom have formal training qualifications.  More recently recruited staff are working towards one.  The position is full time, working approximately 40 hours per week.  We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager appointment to work  at least 5 days per week, and can include some Saturday mornings.  The exact hours are negotiable, but will be based on following opening hours:

·       Monday to Friday:                 8.30am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 6.30pm

·       Saturday:                               9am - 1pm
