Pharmacist, Burkes Pharmacy Group

We are an independent, community-based Irish owned pharmacy group. We are looking to recruit a  Pharmacist in Burkes Pharmacy, Naas, Co Kildare, which is a 30 Minute drive from Dublin

You would be part of a Strong Dispensary Team, led by Our Supervising Pharmacist to Provide Excellent Customer Service and Patient Care. Our Pharmacist Role is about Looking After our Customers and Patients, Listening to them and giving Expert Advice. We Believe that Caring for Customers, Reassuring them with Expert Advice, is the best way to Maintain and Grow our Dispensary Business.

The Ideal candidate will have:

i) A Genuine Commitment to Delivering and Maintaining Excellent Customer Care in our Community Based Pharmacies.

ii) The Ability to Positively engage with our Team Members by Imparting your Knowledge and Passion in delivering Expert Medical Healthcare

iii) An Ability to grow the Dispensary Business and to embrace Company Initiatives in Healthcare and Medical Advice.

You will Engage on a Regular Basis as a Member of our Superintendent Pharmacist led Forum, using our Professional Abilities to:

i) Create Initiatives that will enhance the Medication Management and Compliance of our Customers,

ii) Create Health Awareness through Programmes rolled out in each store

iii) Ensure our Pharmacy Group takes a Lead Role in Preventative Health, that will enhance the Future Health Outcomes of our Customers in the Community

iv) Ensure we are actively participating in Vaccination and other Services, and positioned to engage with all new services , as they are rolled out.

Job Type / Category

This is a full-time role, working 3/4 days per week, two late nights, and alternate Saturdays.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland

A minimum of one years post registration experience in a community pharmacy setting
