“Are you ready for a new challenge in 2019? OxFed Health and Care Ltd have a new opportunity for a pharmacist to join our clinical pharmacist team, and the NHS England Pharmacist in General Practice training programme.

In this role you will act as part of a multi-professional NHS team in general practice settings in Oxford City, providing clinical pharmacy services that will protect, maintain and restore the health of patients. In this innovative position they will be supported by a senior clinical pharmacist who will develop, manage and mentor them. .

The nature of the role will evolve with the practice and pharmacist, it will include face to face reviews, chronic disease management, discharge medication reviews, a supporting role in improving the practices repeat prescribing systems and answering the many and varied medication queries that crop up in General Practice.

We are looking for a proactive, patient focused individual who is keen to learn or already has experience in the general practice setting.
