About the opportunity
Your job will be to drive the performance of the pharmacy teams within your cluster. You’ll build brilliant relationships with other healthcare professionals and share best customer practice with your colleagues and across your cluster of pharmacies. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to influence not only Pharmacy Managers, but the new talent coming through the stream. You will deal with any serious complaints and have the confidence and experience to resolve difficult problems with expert support and advice from other Pharmacy and Cluster Managers.
