The IPSA Medical Group is an NHS Pharmacy, Private GP Clinic and Private Online Doctor Service looking for a very special disciplined, entrepreneurially minded, customer focused pharmacist to join our professional team and develop and lead the pharmacy business. 

AS MEDICAL CLINIC, FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE, WE WILL ENTER/SPONSOR YOU INTO CLINICALLY ENHANCED PHARMACIST INDEPENDENT PRESCRIBING (CEPIP) COURSE.

Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist – Full Time

We are an NHS Pharmacy, Private GP Clinic and Private Online Doctor Service, looking for an ambitious, disciplined, entrepreneurially minded Pharmacist. Our businesses are growing and diversifying. We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager/pharmacist to join our team and eventually take over as superintendent.

We are looking for a very special, customer focused pharmacist to join our professional team and develop/expand the pharmacy business as well as manage a pre-reg in the future.

You will have good experience managing the operations of independent pharmacies. You will have excellent buying knowledge and be able to manage the financials and meet targets. You will be expected to manage all aspects of a pharmacy including the day to day as well as business development.

You must be able to think outside of the box and come up with solutions working alongside the rest of the businesses within the group.

We have a 100-hour licence for the NHS pharmacy side and operate a hatch service outside hours. You will need to be flexible on working hours as the pharmacy runs on a rota system like hospitals. You will be required to do evenings on a rotational basis as well as working some weekends. We are open 7 days a week, including bank holidays.

You will be working alongside doctors as well as other professionals.  Excellent people skills are essential.

From time to time you will be required to attend meetings in our offices in and around London.
