This recently acquired busy pharmacy is in the heart of Swindon in a purpose built Health Centre with two large GP Surgeries along with a walk in centre and other supplementary services.

This is a great opportunity for someone to enter Pharmacy Management or for an individual wanting to take their career to the next level. Our Pharmacy offers a number of services including Flu Vaccinations, MURs, NMSs. You will be actively involved in providing these services and initiating new services.

We are looking for motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic individuals who would go the extra mile for their patients. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has initiative, flair, leadership skills and wants to make their mark within a company and develop relationships with customers. You will be a warm and friendly face for the many patients who visit the branch on a daily basis. Providing excellent customer and patient care as part of our core values as a company. Looking after our customers and patients, listening to them and giving expert advice.

Your main responsibilities will be ensuring the smooth running of the dispensary, dispensing medication effectively and safely, managing stock levels, staff management and be another expert for our customers to talk to whilst providing healthcare advice and services.

Although we are looking for a full time role, we are flexible in our approach to recruitment and for the right candidate we may consider part time roles and/or an amended shift patterns to suit your needs and the business needs.

Our organisation structure offers direct contact with the Superintendent and Managing Director to assist you with developing your success and achieving your goals.

Hours of Work and Salary

• 44 Hours spread over 4 days. More hours available if desired.
• Optional Saturdays (3 Hours).
• £50,000+ per annum (negotiable for the right candidate)
• Excellent bonus scheme.
