Dispensing assistant / Pharmacy Technician

A full time Dispensing assistant or Pharmacy Technician is required for a Pharmacy in Putney, SW15 6HG 

The Pharmacy is located in a surgery and the Job description involves: 

• Working as part of the Pharmacy team carrying out task in the including 
• Checking off Goods and putting them away 
• Taking in prescription 
• Preparation of dispensed items under the supervision of a Pharmacist 
• Checking off dispensed items (if ACT qualified)
• Preparing of blister packs 
• Handing out prescriptions
• Serving at the counter 
• Pharmacy closes for lunch 1-2pm 

The Pharmacy has a good team in place and has built up good professional  relationship with local health care team.
Experience of having worked in a pharmacy helpful but training also provided. 

Candidate must be flexible and able to work as a part of a team delivering exceptional customer service. 

As part of the interview process you will be invited to come and shadow/work for half a day to help both parties to get to know each other.
