We work with a leading supplier of an independent dispensary cascade ordering system, providing a managed service to allow pharmacies take control of their ordering and help them achieve huge time and cost savings.
As our new Account Manager, you will become an expert in the use of the ordering system and work with new and existing customers to set up and manage the system, maintain the drug database and supplier pricing, and provide ongoing training and support to customers.
What you will bring
Ideally you will either:
- have worked in a pharmacy environment with experience of using a PMR system and have a good knowledge of drugs, and at least some experience of ordering and dealing with suppliers
- or, have worked in a supply chain role elsewhere in the Pharmaceutical industry with either purchasing or sales experience
You will have excellent computer skills, in particular with the use of Excel, and be self-motivated with good communication skills and an ability to build a rapport with customers.
A conscientious approach with a high level of accuracy in everything you do is of paramount importance for this role.
