Job description
Title: Customer Services Analyst
Reports to: Client Services Manager
Based at: 1 Aurum Court, Sylvan Way, Southfields Business Park, Basildon, Essex SS15 6TH.
Job purpose:
The function of the role is primarily customer facing, in the provision of training and on-site support for new and existing WellSky customers and answering customer queries as part of the WellSky Service Desk team. The post holder will also be responsible for providing and maintaining training documentation.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Job Description
To provide on-site training for customers following the installation of new and upgraded systems.
2.To answer user queries about the application software as part of the WellSky Service Desk team.
3.To work with new customers in configuring the system to their needs including some file building.
4.To write and maintain areas of training documentation.
5.To assist the Customer Services Supervisor in the maintenance and provision of a comprehensive training programme covering all aspects of WellSky 's Medicines Management solutions.
6.To assist the Customer Services Supervisor in the provision of training for WellSky staff.
7.To participate in testing of new software.
8.To participate in demonstrations of WellSky 's Medicines Management Systems as requested by the Sales Manager or Client Services Manager.
9.To participate in a system of Performance Appraisal.
10. To undertake any other duties as requested by the Client Services Manager, Head of Operations or CEO.

It is the overall goal of the company to develop its current and future markets and the Customer Services Support Analyst will be expected to recognise and support the business objectives of the company. These include:
- Being able to travel both within current and future markets as required.
- Understanding, supporting and communicating both internally and externally the company’s vision and goals.
- Understanding the financial targets of the company and recommending activities in support of these targets.

- WellSky Pharmacy Management system and modules including MTA, TPN, CIVAS & CYTOS
- WellSky Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration module
- WellSky Chemotherapy Management System

- New WellSky and third party products and modules as they are developed, acquired or distributed
Territory
UK, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and South Africa (current WellSky client base).
Other Territories as they emerge.
You will be required to travel to all WellSky client base locations and there may on occasion be a need to provided support to WellSky’s Parent company Mediware Systems Inc. which may involve travel to the USA.

Personality
Applicants should be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature outlook, credible, and comfortable in dealing with prospective and existing clients. Reliable, tolerant and determined. Well-presented and business like. Sufficiently mobile and willing to travel including overnight stays.
Personal Situation
Willing to locate to Basildon area or commute on a regular basis. Able to work flexible or extended hours on occasions when required. Consideration will be given to home working on an occasional basis. Must have clean or near clean driving licence.
Specific Job Skills
Good management and presentation skills. Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Computer skills
Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email. Knowledge of Microsoft Project would be a distinct advantage.
Literacy and Numeracy
Must be a competent writer of business letters, documents and proposals.
Business Skills
Able to demonstrate success and experience in one or more of the following key areas is preferred:
