CPL consult with The NHS and local government on matters relating to the NHS and public health work undertaken by community pharmacy, representing the views of pharmacy contractors. We are also responsible for advancing the enhanced role of community pharmacy, to ensure it plays an active part in promoting health and wellbeing to our diverse communities across Lincolnshire.

The role:

We are looking for someone with knowledge of the NHS and commissioning landscape, a high level of organisational skills, excellent communication skills, experience of managing large complex projects and a developed understanding and competence in negotiation.

The overarching aim of the role is to provide leadership and support to our contractors whilst ensuring the day-to-day activities of CPL and its staff are completed to a high standard, working closely with the CPL executive committee of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer.

Interviews for this role will take place at the beginning of December 2020.
