SALARY: £61,000 p.a. pro-rata for a 3 day/ week

Are you currently practising as a community pharmacist in Wales? Do you enjoy this work but would like to change career direction to a strategic role working with Community Pharmacy Wales, supporting their work influencing the delivery of Welsh NHS community pharmacy services?

Community Pharmacy Wales (CPW) is the recognised body which represents all 713 community pharmacies in Wales in respect of all matters relating to the delivery of NHS community pharmacy services. It is the only organisation that represents every community pharmacy in Wales. It works with Government and its agencies, such as local Health Boards, to help protect and develop high quality community pharmacy services and to shape the NHS community pharmacy contract and its associated regulations in order to achieve the highest standards of public health and the best possible patient outcomes.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Contractor Services, as Associate Director you will be an integral member of the Contractor Services Team, involved in the strategic development and implementation of the community pharmacy contractual framework in Wales.

Under the strategic direction of the Director of Contractor Services you will develop and maintain contact through a variety of mechanisms with community pharmacy contractors across Wales to ensure that they are fully aware of all of the opportunities available to them in relation to the delivery of NHS community pharmacy services.
