About The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultancy Implementer to join our Pharmacy Services Team. Initially this will be on a fixed term basis for 6 months, with the potential to lead on to other opportunities within the Phoenix group
In this new, innovative and supporting role, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of our Golden Tote proposition across the Numark Independent sector. You will support pharmacy teams through change processes to ensure Golden Tote is embedded whilst ensuring the realisation of benefits to the end user.
Golden Tote is a market leading, pick to prescription solution revolutionising the assembly of the repeat prescription process. Golden Tote harnesses the power of barcode technology to create a safer, stockless and more efficient dispensing process.

Who We Want: You will be working closely with different pharmacy teams throughout your secondment so it is imperative you are a visible role model for our company’s values and behaviors that drive business performance, customer and quality excellence and engagement of colleagues.
Minimum of NVQ2 Pharmacy Assistant qualification Full UK Driving Licence Extensive experience of working within a community pharmacy Experience of leading a team on delivering a new customer proposition through effective communication and training. Knowledge of pharmacy funding, regulations and contracts across all registered pharmacies in the UK Understanding of the GPhC standards Demonstrative experience of implementing and facilitating new customer initiatives. Working hours; 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am till 5.15pm (45min unpaid break)
Please be aware that there will be regular travel required and occasional overnight stays.
