About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Governance & Quality Assistant to join our existing team within Our Superintendents Department.  Reporting into the Report & Complaints Lead you will be required to support the delivery of Professional Standards and Clinical Governance through collation and monitoring of data and providing feedback to key stakeholders.

This role requires a professional approach to supporting the business in complying with all contractual reporting requirements in a timely, appropriate and accurate manner.

You will ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures and to ensure that these are correctly monitored with advice given where necessary. Assisting in the development of those procedures when changes are required is also essential.

Who We Want: You will be educated to GCSE grade C or above ideally in Mathematics and English. You will also have demonstrable experience in working successfully as part of a team as well the ability to prioritise given tasks.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages
• Organised with a positive outlook
• Good communication and written skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and a ‘can do’ approach

Working hours are 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am till 5.15pm
