Pharmacist Manager

Peak Pharmacy is a family-run company with over 120 pharmacies across the Midlands and the Manchester areas.

We are recruiting for a Full Time Pharmacist Manager for our Market Place pharmacy in Chesterfield.

This is a well-established traditional high street pharmacy in the heart of this busy market town, with excellent relationships with the local population.  There is an excellent and experienced qualified support team in place, who are passionate about providing the best possible service to their customers, and we require a friendly, outgoing pharmacist to complement the team.

We are looking for someone to focus on continuing to actively build the business, focussing on relations with the local community and surgeries and delivering all aspects of the Community Pharmacy Contract.  Provision of professional services is key, along with ongoing development of the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional service.  The pharmacy offers a travel vaccination clinic, is very active with flu vaccinations and also offers a range of other private services, adding a further dimension to the pharmacy offering.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the day to day operations of the pharmacy including developing the team and ensuring the pharmacy operates at its optimal performance and highest possible standards.

Full support is provided from our Field Manager and Head Office teams.

The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (with half an hour for lunch). The successful applicant will be placed on a Saturday rota.
