As a Support Pharmacist in Brackley, we believe your priority should be to provide the best possible Pharmaceutical Care for all of your patients.  Whilst we believe commercial considerations are an important part of your role, we feel strongly that patient care should always come first.

An important part of the role is to support the Pharmacy Manager to develop and guide the team, with full support from the head office team available if needed, to maximise patient care.  As a Support Pharmacist, we would expect you to develop relationships with other Healthcare providers in your locality, whilst ensuring your pharmacy follows our Standard Operating Procedures.  This will allow you to offer excellent patient care, a first class dispensing service and offer all the locally and nationally commissioned advanced and enhanced services.

Lowick Pharmacy dispenses 14,000 items per month, and offers many national and local services, which are an important part of the pharmacy. Due it being a Support Pharmacist position, there is a real opportunity to work together to make a difference for your patients.  The pharmacy relocated November 2020 into a new purpose built Health Village, so this is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a new phase of integrated healthcare in Brackley.  The pharmacy also had a robot installed when we moved, the 2nd in our company, which will enable the team to excel with the wider role of pharmacy.

The vacancy in Brackley is to work as a pharmacist in our established pharmacy, with the existing Pharmacy Manager, to ensure we continue to be an integral part of the local community.  There is a strong team, all of whom have formal training qualifications, including three ACTs.  The position is part time, working two full weekdays (one of which will be Friday) and at least one Saturday (morning only) per month.

We are a family owned group with over 60 pharmacies throughout England and Wales, with over 500 staff.  We were formed in 1947, and are based in Warwick offering all of our pharmacy teams full support to ensure they are an established part of their local communities.

Our patients are our priority, and we are looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about Healthcare and is looking for an exciting opportunity to help manage one of our pharmacies.

For the successful applicant, we offer:

·        Market Leading salary

·        5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata if not full time)

·        Workplace pension scheme

·        Staff discount

·        GPhC fees paid

·        Training support
