About the Opportunity

Want to be more than just another cog in the wheel and instead be part of something that really matters? A chance to be part of the bigger picture of the healthcare solution in the UK right now?

Here at Lloyds we are looking for a Relief Pharmacist to work in the outpatient dispensing unit in and around Midlands, where you will enjoy a uniquely rewarding career, making a difference to the care and wellbeing of patients from all different walks of life across different businesses and services. The Hospitals are great locations with easy access to Transport links and other local amenities.

This is an amazing opportunity for building brilliant relationships with other healthcare professionals. Developing outstanding teams. Sharing best practice with colleagues. You’ll be surrounded by people who are just as passionate about exceptional patient care as you are. Plus, with ongoing professional clinical development, including specialist subjects, such as Oncology and Renal medicine, as well as working with lead pharmacists, chief pharmacists, consultants and registrars, you’ll have everything you need to make a real difference in people’s lives

What we offer:

We know the role of a Pharmacist can be tough and that’s why at LloydsPharmacy offer a fantastic support system to all employees, career development opportunities, clinical focus and flexibility. We always defend our colleagues and support them when things go wrong and we make decisions with our colleagues and our patients at the heart, by living our ICARE values every day.

We offer personal benefits designed to enhance your own life. These include things like an annual bonus scheme, pension scheme, dental plan, private healthcare scheme and holiday buy scheme.

About you:

Customers and communities are at the heart of everything we do. So, first and foremost, you’ll be the kind of person who loves to provide exceptional patient consultations – approachable and an exceptional listener. You must have an MPharm degree or equivalent and be registered with the GPhC by your start date. On top of that, to keep up with the evolving landscape, we’re looking for someone who’s eager to share their expertise to inspire teams, drive a learning culture and improve your pharmacy. In return, you’ll have access to a range of career paths and training opportunities you’d expect from an industry leader.
