Head of Services - Community Pharmacy West Yorkshire

Community Pharmacy West Yorkshire (CPWY) is delighted to announce a new opportunity to join our team as Head of Services for CPWY.

As the Head of Services you will lead and support the development, implementation and integration of community pharmacy services for CPWY.  Encompassing existing services, new nationally commissioned and local services, the Head of Services role provides an opportunity for you to make a positive impact for community pharmacy contractors across West Yorkshire and the populations they serve.  As the Head of Services you will effectively engage with commissioners and stakeholders at both strategic and operational levels and develop productive relationships across the community pharmacy network.

To be successful you will demonstrate a proactive “can do” attitude as well as the drive and ability to work closely with colleagues to ensure CPWY continues to effectively represent, promote and support community pharmacy contractors and their teams.   You will be self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, have excellent organisational skills, the ability to communicate both written and verbally to a wide-ranging audience. You must also have a proven track record of leadership, stakeholder engagement, service development and effective implementation of services.

This is a permanent employed position offering an attractive salary package that includes 5 weeks' holiday per year, pension, travel expenses and pro-rata GPhC and RPS fees.
