Pharmacy Manager

Deans Pharmacy Group are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Manager with at least 3 years post-qualification experience, who is committed to the development of new services and embracing all aspects of the pharmacy contract.

The role could be based in Lanarkshire, Forth Valley or Lothian depending on the location of the candidate

An Independent Prescribing qualification would be advantageous although not essential as fully support to undertake an IP qualification would be given.

An excellent remuneration package is available for the right candidate, that includes a lucrative bonus scheme.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of community pharmacy management, poses excellent organisational and clinical skills, be able to effectively manage a pharmacy team and work in a structured manner to achieve business targets and deliver the highest levels of patient care.

You will be responsible for a highly skilled team including Healthcare Assistants, Pharmacy Technicians and Pre-registration Pharmacist.  

Full Head Office support and training will be given.
