Pharmacist Manager

Shadforth Pharmaceutical Company is a family-run company based in Essex. We operate eight pharmacies offering NHS pharmaceutical and healthcare services aligned to meet our patients changing needs.

As a Shadforth Pharmacy manager you will ensure an outstanding professional service is always delivered, working in collaboration with our team, using your own intuition, expertise, and experience to deliver first class pharmacy & retail services for our customers and patients. You will be accountable for professional pharmacy legal & ethical decisions and will aid in developing the potential of our pharmacy team assisting, with the education & training of colleagues.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a UK registered pharmacist and demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and commercial astuteness.

Shadforth Pharmacy, 53 High Street, Wickford. SS12 9AQ.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Flexible rota to include an alternate Monday and Saturday off to give a 5 day, 4 ½ day alternate week. There is a 20-minute unpaid lunch break.

4 weeks and 3 days annual leave with 2 further days for completion of directed CPD.

Salary in the region of £46,000.

Although we are advertising a full-time position, anyone who is looking for flexible working, or part time hours will also be considered for this position. Long term Locum also considered.
