We have an exciting, full time, opportunity for an enthusiastic Pharmacist in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

As Pharmacist Manager you will be required to:

. Provide excellent customer service 

. Deliver essential services.

. Deliver a raft of advanced and enhanced services, including private vaccinations and travel clinics

. Ensure appropriate advice and guidance is given to meet customer needs

. Assume full managerial control of the branch, including budget planning and staff management and mentoring

. Ensure the branch and staff meet the clinical governance standards, as set out in the NHS pharmacy contract, GPhC and by the company.

. Commercially and professionally drive the business forward by means of new services, OTC sales and prescription growth.

. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with GP's and Healthcare professionals.

. Identify opportunities for new business and services.

. Maintain strict control of stock and minimise waste - both in the dispensary and OTC

- Successfully lead and inspire your team

As the right candidate you will:

. Be registered with the GPHC.

. Have at least 1 year post qualification experience.

. Have a genuine customer / patient focus
