You will be an integral member of the Pharmacy Team as well as the Healthcare Senior Management Team providing positive and aspirational leadership to the team of pharmacists, technicians and support workers.

You'll be responsible for the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service. Working closely with the Head of Healthcare and the multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the provision of service meets the contractual obligations. The role also involves responsibility for providing daily expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring that a safe but modern medicines management service is provided to prisoners.

About You

You will be a qualified Registered Pharmacist - BSc or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and a clinical diploma.

In return for your hard work you will..

Receive an annual salary of up to £52,000 per annum DOE. You'll also get a number of benefits including a company contributory pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays plus CPD and re-validation support. Additionally you will receive a £4000 car allowance.

More information

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is up to £52,000 - dependent on experience and you will receive a £4,000 car allowance.
