Superintendent Pharmacist

CW Medicines Ltd will be providing the out-patient pharmacy service at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, on two sites: Fulham Road and 56 Dean Street. To support the delivery of an enhanced patient experience the service is to be modelled upon community pharmacy practice.

We are seeking to recruit an innovative and forward thinking senior pharmacist who is able to thrive in a busy environment. They must have a "can do and will do" attitude and be able to overcome challenges in the day to day operations of the pharmacy, setting and maintaining the high standards expected by the GPhC, the Trust and its’ patients.

It is essential that the candidate demonstrates good people management skills. They will have the autonomy to lead and develop the support team to ensure the provision of a high quality patient centred service.

In addition to the professional responsibilities of the Superintendent, required by GPhC, the candidate must demonstrate good business management skills, producing reports as requested by the Trust, maintaining stocks at appropriate levels, communicating with fellow health professionals and being pro-active in developing the business in an ever changing NHS.

Due to open in April 2022, the pharmacy will operate various opening times on different sites that range between 8am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
