Pharmacist Branch Manager – Spennymoor.
Pharmacist Manager - £25 per hour + £5,000 Welcome to Well bonus
Location: Spennymoor, St Andrew’s Medical Centre
Opening Hours: 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday (No Saturday Opening)
Hours: Currently 38 hours per week over 4 days but would consider an increase to 5 days with a contract of 47.5 hours per week, if desired.

Our Spennymoor Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for you to come and make a difference.
This is a busy community pharmacy, which delivers on average 12k items per month. The pharmacy is located next door to the main surgery in Spennymoor, which has a patient base of 11,000, issuing on average 35,000 items per month.
The pharmacy has a varied skill base which is made up of nine colleagues including an ACT, PT and PA’s, with a range of contract sizes from 15 hours to 39 hours per week. The team within this branch are highly motivated individuals with a great work ethic, who are keen on delivering company initiatives and driving performance through KPI’s.
As well as dispensing day to day items, the pharmacy also dispense, MDS trays, support instalment patients and service local care homes, as well as delivering a range of NHS and private services.
You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and have management experience. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
