Branch Pharmacist - Silloth

Are you looking to be part of a fantastic team in a beautiful seaside location?

Pharmacist  - £24 per hour

Location: Silloth- Well Pharmacy Silloth

Hours: Desirably a full-time contract and regularly working Saturdays, but would work with the individual to plan a suitable rota

Our Silloth Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for you to come and join a dedicated team in a beautiful seaside location based on the Solway coast.

This is a busy community pharmacy and the only one in Silloth! This store delivers on average between 8000 and 10000 items per month.  The pharmacy is located on the main street in Silloth and we have an excellent relationship with the local GP surgery, with the added benefit that all the colleagues are from the town itself.

The pharmacy has a varied skill base which is made up of an excellent Team leader (who will manage the pharmacy) who has just finished his checking course, an ACT and two fully qualified dispensers with a range of contracts from 15 to 37.5 hours per week. The team within this branch are highly motivated and dedicated with years of experience between them.

As well as dispensing day to day items, the pharmacy also dispenses MDS trays and services local care homes. The patient base within this pharmacy is lovely with a mixture of both locals and holiday makers to keep it interesting and engaging.

You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager, headed by a Regional Operations Manager. Your AOM will support you through structured store visits. This can be led by you, as the Pharmacy Branch Manager, supporting you with what matters to you most. Your AOM will also support you in delivering company initiatives and KPI’s.
