Job Details

Pharmacist – Herries Road.

Pharmacist - £21.50 per hour.

Location: Herries Road, Sheffield, S5 7HF.

Opening Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 12pm Saturday.

Hours: 42 hours contract per week, with an alternate day off in the week and alternative Saturday working.

This is a busy community pharmacy, which delivers on average 12k items per month. The pharmacy is located close to one of the main surgeries in the Shirecliffe area, which has a patient base of approximately 16,000, issuing on average 25,000 items per month.

The pharmacy has a varied skill base which is made up of five colleagues, including a Team Leader, a Pharmacy Checker and three Pharmacy Assistants, with a range of contract sizes from 25 hours to 39 hours per week. The team within this branch are highly motivated individuals with a great work ethic, who are keen on delivering company initiatives and driving performance through KPI’s.

As well as dispensing day to day items, the pharmacy also dispenses MDS trays, Free Repeat Prescription Services, along with delivering a range of NHS and private services.

You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
