Are you and experienced pharmacist looking to develop your career in an operational management role? The role will involve leading,planning and driving performance of the LPCH’s Dispensing service based in Harlow (and professional oversight of the Glasgow dispensary); ensuring a successful daily operational service meeting prescription dispensing forecast.You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of professional and clinical standards as well as optimising operations and economic performance.

About You

You will be an experienced GPHC Qualified, clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in developing high performing teams delivering operations excellence for a significant healthcare service. Previous experience in operational contract management, with a proven clinical and operational pharmacy experience is also essential. The ideal candidate will have strong good stakeholder management skills and the passion to drive innovation.
