You will be responsible for the oversight and management of complaint and incidents (CAI) in accordance with LPCH’s legal, regulatory and contractual obligations. You will ensure policies and procedures are developed and embedded relating to incident and investigation management as well as oversee patient experience and satisfaction initiatives.

About You

You will have a pharmacy technician qualification and be looking to develop your career. Previous experience working in a hospital pharmacy would also be desirable.
