Pharmacist Branch Manager – Carlisle Fusehill

Are you looking to be a part of building up a fantastic smaller store with unlimited potential?

Pharmacist Manager - £24 per hour

Location: Carlisle, Well Pharmacy Fusehill Street.

Hours: 45 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-6pm (closed Saturdays)- would consider 4 days per week (36 hours/week) if suitable.

Our Fusehill Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for you to come and take on an established store with huge potential. This modern community pharmacy delivers on average between 4,500 and 5000 items per month, there is minimum MDS and no care homes in this store.   This store has a large OTC area and open dispensary and offers a wide variety of services

The pharmacy is located next door to a new and modern GP surgery with which we have a good working relationship.

The pharmacy has a varied skill base which is made up of two qualified colleagues and one trainee.

This store is central to the town centre and has its own parking. It has a varied and lively customer base and no two days are the same. This role would suit somebody looking for a quieter store with the potential for more customer interaction.

You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager, headed by a Regional Operations Manager. Your AOM will support you through structured store visits. This can be led by you, as the Pharmacy Branch Manager, supporting you with what matters to you most. Your AOM will also support you in delivering company initiatives and KPI’s.
