Pharmacy Manager and Duty Pharmacy Manager roles​

As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll support and inspire your colleagues while delivering a fantastic service to customers. You’ll oversee a range of customer needs, from medicine reviews to vaccinations. And, you’ll ensure your talented team have the guidance they need to do the best job possible. 

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you could be reviewing medicines and assisting with new prescriptions, or providing vaccinations and blood pressure checks. No two days are the same, and you’ll always look to deliver the very best customer service. You’ll work as part of a talented team of pharmacists, playing a key role between customers, colleagues, Primary Care Organisations (PCOs) and GP surgeries.

This is a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. Managing one of our pharmacies, you’ll always look to deliver the very best customer service while ensuring our work is safe and legal.

To join, you’ll need a pharmacy degree and be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), as well as an MUR accreditation. Should your application be successful, you’ll be required to complete a DBS check organised by Tesco prior to starting. You’ll also be immunised against Hepatitis B (or be prepared to do so after joining).
